INGREDIENTS:
- Toor Dal - 1 cup
- Channa Dal - 1/2 cup
- Moong Dal - 1/2 cup
- Cumin Seeds - 3/4th spoon
- Red Chilli Powder - 2tsp
- Garlic - 4nos
- Salt - 2tsp
PROCEDURE:
- Roast all the above listed dals separately till they turn golden brown.
- Keep them aside till they cool down.
- Grind all the dals after they cool down.
- Then add cumin seeds, Red chilli powder and salt
- Chop Garlic into small pieces and fry them in oil till they turn Golden Brown.
- Add the above Garlic to the already grinded powder and grind it once again.
- Garlic gives good flavour and is good for heart.
- Kandipodi is ready to eat.
- You can eat Kandipodi with Rice by adding little ghee into it.
